Mahjong Mugs Commission
The Story
Created at the request of my aunt, this commissioned collection of Mahjong mugs and tumblers were designed to join the gathering of friends during a game of Mahjong. Each vessel was wheel thrown with Mahjong tile motifs applied from an underglaze transfer. Then fired in an electric kiln.
